Ran outside. Around my house to back yard exactly 400 meters. Lucky me. Lolol. Light thrusters. Probably about 1/2 hour tota for workout. Very refreshing. Lol
Weight Rx’d but subbed rowing for run! Great job by all!
Did this subbing strict press and air squats for thrusters cus the hip wouldn’t cooperate. Don’t know how long it exactly by over 40 minutes ☹️
