Snowy day!

Today we are going to get a little spicey on this snowy day!

100 thrusters: use anything you can safely lift over head as your resistance. Every 1 minute complete 5 burpees until all the thrusters are completed.

equipment: barbell, dB, backpack, water jugs

warmup: 3 rds

1 minute jog in place

15 squats

10 push-ups

5 burpees

mobility: couch, chest, child
