10 rounds due to time with 2 -30lb DB. 10 sit-ups and 5 burpees per round. I so hate burpees.
So today I really wanted to lifted heavy sooooo.....I did power cleans with a new PR of 140 and deadlifts at 275 I know I could get more but steel weights on concrete not a good idea!!
