I honestly missed the first line “5K for time” when I read this post this morning. I thought Ardor was cutting us a break with a short workout for patriots day? So I did hang cleans and front squats- 2 rds @ 95# 8HC & 10 FS 2 rds @ 115# 6HC & 10 FS 2 rds @ 135# 6HC & 10 FS Metcon 10 rds 20 squats & 10 pushups 7:40
