50 DUs /20 jumping jacks

9 burpees

*sub the jumping jacks if you do not have a jump rope

After: 50 broad jumps

Warmup: 3rds

1 minute jump rope or jumping jacks

10 up/downs

10 step-ups

15 abmat

Mobility: couch, Samson, spidey, chest
