Tabata push-ups and squats (100 of each)

*complete in any combination


Mobility: chest,spidey,add,Samson


WOD: 5rds x 3 min amrap

Rest 1 min between rds

6 burpees or 12 push-ups

8 dB hang squat cleans (alt) or dead lifts

10 dB push press (5 per side)


*sub odd object for dB in all movements

It did feel good to sleep in...I will be there tomorrow. I figured out the issue with my phone turning off so I can do the Tabata today😊
