Summoned the courage to do this Sunday afternoon. 25 Burpeers 1:45 Clean metcon 17:28 Fr Squat metcon 14:02 25 burpees 2:35 37:50 total time including rests First PC set was 7-95 7-115 7-135 Used 135 for the rest of the workout
