Met Con:

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 DB snatches alt (total not per side)

15-15-15-15-15-15-15 Knee to Elbows (floor or bar)

10-10-10-10-10-10-10 abmat sit-ups


After Party: 3x10 chest flys

3x12 tricep kick backs


Warmup: 2 minutes of cardio. (Anything)

Then 3rds

10 push-ups

10 planking reaches (plank and alt arms reaching for the far wall)

20 sec hollow hold


Mobility: chest, overhead wall, dislocates, child
