3x12 tricep kick backs

Warmup: 2 minutes of cardio. (Anything)

Then 3rds

10 push-ups

10 planking reaches (plank and alt arms reaching for the far wall)

20 sec hollow hold

Mobility: chest, overhead wall, dislocates, child
