10 knee to elbows (floor)

12 Deads


Warmup: 3rds

1 minute jump rope

10 single leg deads (5per side)

10 hip extensions


Mobility: spidey, Samson, chest, child


*deads can be any weight you have. Kbs, DBs, barbells or odd object weight (back back with weight)

100DUs starting ea round Round1 6 burpees 6 DL @ 235 4 complete rds Round 2 9 pushups 9 DL @185 4 rds complete Round 3 12 k2E ea side 12 dL @ 135 2.75 rds, DUs fell apart in this round Enjoyed the 5 minute rest periods!
