Made up the pool workout this afternoon, scaled to equipment and facility availability. 20 min AMRAP -shallow die with 2 laps over and back (36 yards) -30 alt stationary lunges -10 pushups 8 Rds complete and 9th rd of swimming. No lifeguard on duty, no accidental drownings but my arms were shot from doggy paddle at the end. Corey’s aquatic coaching probably would have helped out.
