“Garage fight!” Comp Train

Today we are going to focus on endurance. You will complete 3rds, each rd will last 6 minutes. You will transition directly into the next exercise and rest after the 5 exercises are completed. You are trying to complete as many reps as possible. Score will be total reps at the end of all 3 rds. The top workout is if you have weights and the bottom if you do not!


Met Con: 3rds 1 minute per station

Goblet squat DB

Lateral squat jump over DB

push press (switch at 30 seconds)

Dead lifts

Burpees/push-ups (your choice)

Rest

Warmup: 3rds

10 squats

10 knee to elbow

10 alternating lunges


Mobility: couch, chest, spidey
