“Garage fight!” Comp Train
Today we are going to focus on endurance. You will complete 3rds, each rd will last 6 minutes. You will transition directly into the next exercise and rest after the 5 exercises are completed. You are trying to complete as many reps as possible. Score will be total reps at the end of all 3 rds. The top workout is if you have weights and the bottom if you do not!
