Strength: Dead lifts

  • we will be working on Deadlifts. Have some fun with this. If you have weight get heavy. if not stay light and do single leg deads.

  • take time between sets. fully recovery before your next set. We will be doing 5-8 sets.

warmup: 3rds

30 seconds cardio

10 good mornings

15 hip hip extensions

mobility: spidey, add, plank to down dog, pigeon

There will be no Zoom tomorrow.
