CrossFit at home competition Workout #1
10 amrap:
10 squats (body weight)
9 DB snatches (R) (50/35)
10 push-ups
9 DB Snatches (L)
*if you don’t have DBs use the bar and do power snatches. If you don’t have either do kb swings instead of snatches.
Warmup: 3rds
200m run
10 squats
5 walkout push-ups
Mobility: dislocates, chest, oh wall
After: 100 lunges per side. No weight.
Finally got around to do this one. 7.5 rounds. Subbed 54 lb KBS for snatches.
5 rounds plus 12 reps, RX weight
This is why I need my coaches!!! Haha I read it as 10 Rounds, ya I know 🤦🏻♀️ so ya I did ten rounds, DBs are 25lb tho
