9 DB Snatches (L)


*if you don’t have DBs use the bar and do power snatches. If you don’t have either do kb swings instead of snatches.


Warmup: 3rds

200m run

10 squats

5 walkout push-ups


Mobility: dislocates, chest, oh wall


After: 100 lunges per side. No weight.
