So glad I got up for the zoom...just now getting some “me” time & thankful I can be reading on my deck!
Did it a little different. 2 mile run outside. 17;43. (Threw in a couple small hillls ) bench press 25lbs Squats 60 lbs. about 12 min Again light weight. 😉
