WOD:

1 mile run

25 Chest Press (135/95)

50 Back Squats

25 Chest Press

1 mile run


*sub dB or kb for barbell, hold the weight in the front rack for the squats.

*sub floor presses for bench press


Warmup: 400m run or 2 minutes

Then 3rds

10 squats

5 push-up to down dog

10 hip extensions


Mobility: couch, add, overhead wall,

Chest

Did it a little different. 2 mile run outside. 17;43. (Threw in a couple small hillls ) bench press 25lbs Squats 60 lbs. about 12 min Again light weight. 😉
