Fight Gone Bad: 3 or 5 rds

Push-ups

Squats jumps

HSPU (Hand release push-up)

jumping lunges

Dips


Each rd is 1 minute. You will work for entire minute on one exercise. Them switch to next exercise, continue until all 5 exercises are done then rest 1 minute. You can do 3 or 5 rds.



Rest after all 5 rds

Warmup: 3rds

1 minute cardio

5 walkout push-ups

10 shoulder taps

10 Spidey

Mobility: chest,couch,child
