Warmup: 3rds

20 jumping jacks

15 knees to elbow

10 alt lunges

Mobility: couch, add, pigeon, spidey

34 min. Was not in it for speed. Mixed it up with 45lb bar, 75lb bar, 14 lb medicine ball, 30lb dumb bell and 54lb kettle bell. Few body weigh squats thrown in every once in a while. Not going to lie, there was definitely a few short breaks thrown in.


31 minutes 20-115# back squats 100-14# medicine ball front sqauts 11-45# overhead squats (need to work on this) 30-75# back squats 20-75# front squats 20-54# KB front squats 99-BW squats


Did it this morning with kettlebell. Took a looooong time!!
