Cardio Basics

Join us for Cardio Basics and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Cardio Basics helps build a strong aerobic capacity. In this class we will help you utilize your time more efficiently while you achieve your desired goals!

Competition Class

Unleash your competitive beast

Competition class allows you to get in the gym and be pushed past your levels of comfort. This class isn't for everyone but if you have the skill and the drive this class is for you. Please contact our head coach with inquiries.

Striking and Self-Defense

Defend yourself

Striking and Defense combines hitting, jabs, kicks, and grappling. All of these skills are combined into an hour long workout which raises your heart rate and utilizes the fundamentals of self defense.
